Well if you ask me, it was to make our day. Because we did in fact see a monkey cross the road when we were motorbiking today, Anson did indeed ask me that question, and that is indeed how I responded. But the monkey wasn't the only thing that made our day today. So did..
this cup of coffee (well, not the coffee itself, the coffee was just Nescafe 3-in-1),
this hike,
this cave (it wasn't the one from the guidebook, Shaina, just a small one we stumbled across),
this waterfall,
this beach,
and the fact that we could have 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup, 2 sticky rices, a papaya salad and a chicken wing for 180 baht ($6) for dinner.
I hope you had at least one 'monkey crossing the road' in your day, as well!
All wonderful stories, lovely engaging pictures, your great adjustments to upgrades and your own path, and fun watching Anson sit or rocks.
ReplyDeleteWhat a day!!! All that in one day?!!?!? Seriously? What a day in deed.
ReplyDeleteWell, the hike and the cave were on the way to the waterfall, so it wasn't really that much :)
